Sunny Dalavai went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure that our Ram 1500 was completed in a timely manner. He quickly ordered the parts we needed and gave us a loaner car for the duration of and make sure that our Ram 1500 was completed in a timely manner. They did not put the air filter plate back when they took out the cabin air filter, they just threw it in and covered it and when they put back the engine air filter they through all the dirt and leaves unde out the cabin air filter, they just threw it in and covered it and when they put back the engine air filter they through all the dirt and leaves under it because i chose not to replace it. I'll never be coming back and I have also sent a complaint to Toyota headquarters. More

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience this time, unlike my past experiences where I was provided with timely service. This visit took 2 hours, whereas all my others only took 45 minutes.Apparently unlike my past experiences where I was provided with timely service. This visit took 2 hours, whereas all my others only took 45 minutes.Apparently, my car/keys were misplaced and there was confusion with the whereabouts of my car. I do understand that things happen, however giving me a $10 discount did not make up for the hour of inconvenience. Otherwise, the service and scheduling were okay. More
