Empire Toyota of Huntington - Service Center

This dealership USED to be good! This time I went there for an oil change and NYS inspection. They charged me $176.00 for it, plus they did a few other BS things. THEN...THEN they to This time I went there for an oil change and NYS inspection. They charged me $176.00 for it, plus they did a few other BS things. THEN...THEN they told me I needed brakes, rotors and struts! which cost over 2000 thousand dollars! If I needed brakes how could it pass NYS Inspection!!!! They are ripping off loyal customers now! Its not right!! Then i spoke about trading in my car which according to Kelly Blue book is work 10 thousand dollars. They ONLY offered me 4000. What a freaking joke! Another rip off! You guys better get your act together or you'll start losing customers! I deserve respect, ive going here for YEARS and now Im treated like a nobody! More
