Service center was very clean and comfortable to wait in. Sonny Dalavai was very helpful and explained everything in a way I could understand what was needed. I do not know if this was too long or not based on the amount of work being done. Sonny had to leave early but came out to me to tell me what was happening. After that no one came out to give me updates. I finally asked Davit to check (He was supposed to up date me during Sunny's absence). He said it was going to be just a little longer. Also I did NOT like paying an extra 3% for using a credit card. I believe this is against the law. You are supposed to charge a price and then give a discount for cash or debit, just like the gas stations have to. You should notify customers before. When they make their appointment. Not at the cashiers window. More
Not even with someone else's car, not even if they were giving US money. No amount of dough would compensate the aggravation of dealing with this service center. Purchased 2021 Sienna from a different dealership and then went for 5K service at Empire across from Breezy Park, South of Pulaski Road, off Oakwood. They were supposed to do 5K maintenance and reset the service minder - they didn't. Had to look on YouTube for instructions. Brought back a few months later for second service. Did they actually change the oil? Not sure. Now I have to crawl under the car to see if there's a new filter or the original one with 10,000 miles of dust on it. Sad. Checked the oil and... surprise. It's way overfilled and there's dirt on the dipstick - not reassuring that the oil was changed. Were tires rotated? Did they overtorque the lug nuts? Will be an interesting surprise. Asked to aim the headlights (they're too high and complaints from drivers in front). No mention of doing it at service. Asked to check dashcam (non-functional OEM after 3 months). Returned to me non-functioning dashcam with cracked memory card. They only returned half, the other half is floating around their dealership somewhere. Had to repair myself. Also had to demand back the part they broke. They also damaged the headliner of the car. Reported to Toyota. Maybe they were just having a terrible day, but they are 0-2 after two visits. Juan V. seems like a decent guy who got stuck in a bad situation: He needed to cover for the dealership and the tech (where's the other half of the memory card? And how did you remove it without the missing piece? It won't come out by gravity and you would have had to have used a tool). Feel bad for him. He was trying to do the right thing and got caught in a pickle. I'd never return and wouldn't suggest Empire to anyone else. Their ratings seem otherwise positive so hopefully this was just a comedy of errors and they do better in the future with other customers. These two experiences at Empire sum up why I do my own maintenance and avoid mechanics and especially dealerships. More
Ive always used this dealership because they are close to home. For the most part they a very good solid dealership. My service has been good too! BUT this last trip (advised by Daniel Torres) They goofed up a bit. I went for an oil change and check up. I was in a hurry too. They had the car done within 2 hours...Great! However when I left The CHECK ENGINE Light came on and a Red Flashing LSD Light came on! This panicked me so I turned around and came back. Thank GOD the fixed the problem ASAP. within 30 minutes. Now i was charged $318.52...You would think they would offer me a coupon for my next visit or a Free oil change...SOMETHING....They really should have. Ill still be returning there but I really feel They should give me something. More

They did it in a good time too. But as I drove off, the check engine light came on and red flashing LSD light came on!! I drove it right back! Fortunately they knew what the problem was and fixed it right away. Im still going to use them as I have in the past but they must be more careful. More
