I have used this dealership for many years.At least 8 years with my 2000 Avalon and now with my 2016 Avalon. Last week while away on vacation the maintenance required sign came on. I called the dealershi years with my 2000 Avalon and now with my 2016 Avalon. Last week while away on vacation the maintenance required sign came on. I called the dealership and Mr. Juan Vargus spoke with me. Reassured me our car was not in danger and set up an appointment immediately upon our return for the necessary repairs. I was warmly greeted by Juan and waited for the routine work to be completed plus several other issues that needed to be addressed. My experience was a positive one. More

While is not my intention to fault the service dept., I was disappointed to learn I had an oilpan and transmission leak and some other issues, the bill I was charged was astronomical. The serviceman who h was disappointed to learn I had an oilpan and transmission leak and some other issues, the bill I was charged was astronomical. The serviceman who handled my vehicle also commented that this was very unfortunate and rare to have this kind of damage at 69,000 mi. particularly since I maintain the vehicle at every level and have never encountered this with my previous cars. I was extremely disappointed as Toyota supposedly has a good reputation for longevity. I feel I could not in good faith recommend Toyota to family or friends nor will I consider the product in the future. More
