I wasn't very happy at all with the sales side of the house. But the service side was an excellent experience. Jose provided excellent service and follow up. While I was busy and the call went to voicemail, it was detailed, concise and had all the information I needed. He set my expectations properly and was understanding about circumstances. Just an update, it's forcing me to select someone in the service department, but jose is not listed. I'm randomly selecting someone with 3 stars, but I did no work with that person. More

Brought car in because of Low Tire Pressure light. Bought several cars at dealership and have always had them serviced there over 20 years. A service advisor whom we never saw before said to us , oh you've several cars at dealership and have always had them serviced there over 20 years. A service advisor whom we never saw before said to us , oh you've been here before for the same thing. You don't have an appt and it will be a 2 hour wait. So much for customer loyalty. Went nearby to Mavis Tire and was in and out in 10 minutes and solved the issue. Not sure they we will come back anymore. Service dept. is not like it used to be. More
