I went to Empire Toyota for my scheduled maintenance. Jose kept me informed every step of the way. He was friendly, professional, and patient. He answered all of my questions. bad so bad the i was going to have a hart attack people .they were dying to go home .tank God Juan vargas help me ,i guess is the manager fault ,I think he is the manager of the establishment because he hi .they were dying to go home .tank God Juan vargas help me ,i guess is the manager fault ,I think he is the manager of the establishment because he hires friends or family and that is why he does see the are bad . and They work with sandals. And that is how they are called professionals. I needed a shock absorber service that cost me almost $ 3,000 and I only made the oil because of how bad they are. The only person who attended me I think he is the only one who deserves my respect .he was a professionals . but if I was the owner I would fire them on the spot. for treating customers like this.
