My first service on my Tacoma since purchasing. Jose couldn't of been any more helpful. He explained the whole process and the recommended service windows in the future. Juan Vargas is the BEST. He pushed my insurance company to cover as much as possible, he was in constant communication with me, gave me his cell, even checked in on me on his days off. I wanted to leave as quick as possible, but Jose convinced me to stay an extra 20 minutes to fix a problem with the car due to a rec recommendations. Went in to spend $60 oil change and tire rotation coupons, ended up paying $ 400. Toyota should be happy with him. advised me of future service need to replace front stratus as rubber boot is tron and cracked. explained its estimated costs he has bee a good service advisor since I started visiting in 2020.
