Went in to spend $60 oil change and tire rotation coupons, ended up paying $ 400. Toyota should be happy with him. advised me of future service need to replace front stratus as rubber boot is tron and cracked. explained its estimated costs he has bee a good service advisor since I started visiting in 2020. My service from 2/7/19, as you inspect everything, after picking up my vehicle I heard a growl under the hood while accelerating. Upon inspection, your tech failed to close the air filter box, I of course did. 3. My service on 2/20/20 all my brake linings were in the green.then, my service on 12/3/20 tech stated my front were in the yellow zone, rear in the red, after only 4962 miles from previous service with a total of about 16,000 miles on the set of brakes. So I went to my independent shop due to good work and much lower prices for brakes, and was told I had 30-40% wear on the rear, and about 50% wear on the front. so, I did not need brakes just yet. 4. My service on 2/15/21 all good, EXCEPT, the tire valve caps were not replaced on the passenger side. 5. On the same service, the day before I filled my windshield fluid, to the brim, yet this and every time I come in for service, I am charged $2.95 for washer fluid, petty yes, but wrong. It's the little things that can make a difference.I am also not happy with the extra charge for the use of a credit card. I have never encountered that at a car dealer, ever! Yes, I will still come there for service, as it is convenient, you are courteous, but I just had to point these things out. More
Jose Torres was helpful and courteous. My previous experience were also excellent with the work. I was surprised to learn I needed a wheel alignmnet with only 2050 miles on the car.
