Heidi, is a rock star! She was very polite and attentive to the issues I was experiencing with my new truck, which was purchased at a different dealership. Englewood Ford She was very polite and attentive to the issues I was experiencing with my new truck, which was purchased at a different dealership. Englewood Ford at first had difficulty figuring out the issue, but Englewood shop tech stuck to it, ordered the correct parts and corrected the tail gate problem.
