Service technician said I had no issue with rodents but at the end when I got the recommendations for service that was added on as needed? I was supposed to get a tire rotation with the service but the rotation wasn't done because I marked the tires and they were not rotated. Also I had an appointment but still waited over 2 hours for service. I guess they got better because I have spent 3 hours waiting before. Overall I would not recommend service because the price for service is way over priced. I have an led break light that needs replacing, they want $300 to fix it?I found the light on ebay for $60! Very anti consume pricing especially for a long time Ford person like me. More

While I understand that I signed the service authorization, the document or explanation provided at the time only indicated an estimated charge of $250. It was not clearly explained that this amount would be charged as a non-refundable diagnostic or labor fee if I chose not to proceed with the repair. After I was informed that the repair cost would be approximately $2,400, I spoke with the service advisor by phone and explained that the amount was higher than I expected and that I needed time to consider my options. At no point during this conversation was it clearly communicated that a $250 charge would apply if I decided not to proceed with the repair. Additionally, I was informed that this $250 could be applied as a credit if I chose to proceed with the repair in the future. However, I do not intend to move forward with the repair, so this credit does not provide any practical benefit to me. Based on how this was presented, I reasonably understood the $250 as part of the estimate rather than a mandatory, non-refundable charge. More
