This response is exactly the problem. Envision Ford is publicly saying they would like to address the issue, but I have already tried to contact the dealership multiple times through text, email, phone, and the online contact form. I also attempted to contact management directly. Nobody from sales or management has provided a real response, a direct management contact, or any solution. The vehicle was sold to me as Ford Blue Certified and was delivered with a broken soft top, only one key, missing front mats, missing owner’s manual, underinflated tires, and window indexing issues. The soft top issue was present immediately at delivery, and I provided photos shortly after purchase. I also asked about Ford’s advertised Blue Certified satisfaction buyback/money-back guarantee and was ignored. That is especially concerning because this is advertised as part of the Ford Blue Certified program, yet the selling dealer would not explain it or respond when I asked. Ford’s own warranty/ESB department attempted to contact Envision Ford while I was on the phone, and the dealership was rude and unwilling to assist. That was not a private misunderstanding. It happened during a call involving Ford. If Envision Ford genuinely wants to address this, they should stop posting generic public replies and have dealership management contact me directly with a real resolution for the broken soft top issue that was present at delivery, the missing second key, the missing front mats, and the missing owner’s manual. Until then, this response feels like public damage control, not actual customer support.
