I purchased a Ford Blue Certified 2024 Ford Bronco Badlands from Envision Ford of Duarte. I like the vehicle itself, but the delivery condition, CPO inspection quality, and post-sale support have been Badlands from Envision Ford of Duarte. I like the vehicle itself, but the delivery condition, CPO inspection quality, and post-sale support have been extremely disappointing. This vehicle was sold as Ford Blue Certified, but it was not properly inspected or prepared for delivery. It was delivered with only one key, which was not disclosed until after the sale was completed. The front floor mats and owner’s manual were also missing. The tires were severely underinflated when I left the dealership, and I had to stop at a gas station before driving home to inflate them. The window indexing was also incorrect, which prevented the windows from sealing properly and caused severe wind noise on the drive home. Most importantly, the soft top issue was present immediately. During the test drive, I mentioned that the wind noise seemed unusually loud compared to other soft-top Broncos I had driven. After getting home, I found that the soft top tension cables were completely broken and disconnected and provided photos shortly after delivery. For a nearly $50,000 Ford Blue Certified vehicle, this should not have happened. A certified vehicle should be inspected, prepared, and delivered correctly before being sold to a customer. The most frustrating part has been the lack of support after the sale. I contacted the dealership multiple times, reported the issues, provided photos, and asked about the Ford Blue Certified satisfaction buyback/return policy. Sales and management have not provided any meaningful response or resolution. Once the sale was complete, it felt like nobody at the dealership was willing to take responsibility or help. I have since opened a Ford Customer Relationship Center case, filed a BBB complaint, and filed a California DMV dealer complaint. Envision Ford of Duarte has still not taken responsibility for the condition in which this Ford Blue Certified vehicle was delivered. More
The buying process was straightforward but fraught with cons. My salesperson, Richard, was friendly and worked to secure a sale. At the end of the purchase, Richard said he would text me a contact number for any post-sale issues. I did not receive a text from Richard; he probably forgot to do so after handing me the keys. The key fob is broken, with the metal key stuck inside, rendering it inoperable after I closed the fob when I parked my vehicle at home. Also, there is a large hole in the dash where the coin box used to be. It would be helpful to call Richard for help with these issues, but now that I have already purchased the car, it seems the customer relationship with Envision Ford of Duarte ended as soon as they sold it to me. I have a compliment for the finance manager, Lance, who was cordial and detailed in the finance office. More

Brought car in for recall notices. I had to rearrange two days worth of appointments to accommodate the loss of a car since the dealer did not offer me a loaner. More
