Things were much better when it’s was Advantage Ford. Service advisors were happier and more relaxed. If we didn’t have a relationship and a history with our service advisor I would probably choose a dif Service advisors were happier and more relaxed. The fact that there is no consideration of time in service and loyalty it hurts the end product. Envision really needs to make an effort to keep your key people show them respect and honor their loyalty. More
