We worked with Shilo and the rest of the Envision staff and it couldn't have been a better experience. I have had terrible experiences in the past at car dealerships, but my wife and I's time at Envision and it couldn't have been a better experience. I have had terrible experiences in the past at car dealerships, but my wife and I's time at Envision was calm and easy. Calm and easy are not terms you normally use when describing the car buying experience. Thank you Envision! More
I have dealt with Marco and Polo in Service for more than 15 years. I seek Marco out when I need Service for my Ford Flex Limited. The first one I bought From Marco when he was in Sales. I believe having 15 years. I seek Marco out when I need Service for my Ford Flex Limited. The first one I bought From Marco when he was in Sales. I believe having A Service person that knows you knows your vehicle makes me feel like I have someone who really cares about getting it right so they don't let you down. Marco always follows thru for me and I trust him. When you just get anyone at some locations its not the same More

Polo did a great job of explaining all that needed to be done. The service was great and I am totally pleased. The only thing that annoyed me was the 3% charge for using a credit card. I know margins ar done. The service was great and I am totally pleased. The only thing that annoyed me was the 3% charge for using a credit card. I know margins are tight and you need to increase revenue where you can. That said your competitors don’t assess that charge. . More

This is an "Unscrupulous Car Dealership"; there words not mine. They literally told me that they wouldn't do X, Y and Z because they are not an "unscrupulous dealer" and then went ahead and did all of those mine. They literally told me that they wouldn't do X, Y and Z because they are not an "unscrupulous dealer" and then went ahead and did all of those things. They will tell you what you want to hear until you sign the paperwork and then everything changes. I found a car I liked and test drove it. We couldn't make a deal that day and that was not a problem. A couple of days later I got a call from a different salesperson. We came to an agreement on price over the phone. I don't live close so we agreed that they would get all of the paperwork in order and I would just come in and sign and the truck would be delivered to me on Saturday. I got there and no paperwork was ready. I waited for about 45 minutes, but had to pick my son up from school so I had to leave. I wasn’t taking the truck with me that day. It was not ready yet as they needed install a part for the rearview mirror. They said they could send the paperwork electronically and I could sign it that way. Not sure I why I couldn’t do it that way to begin with and yes I did ask on the phone. This was a Thursday and they said my truck would be delivered to me at home on Saturday. Saturday came and I had to contact them to see what time the delivery would happen so I could be home. They had no information for me. They kept telling me that as soon as the service department was done. I kept checking in. Then they told me the service department was still waiting on the part, but it only takes 5 minutes to install. The end of the day came and I still didn’t have my truck. They told me they had the part, but the service department was closed and locked up until Monday. I let them know that I had work Monday and I needed my truck first thing. I was told this was their “Top Priority” and Al would personally check the service department first thing Monday morning and then they could have it delivered. I could not wait for delivery because I had work and needed a vehicle. So I said I would pick it up. Monday morning came and I Ubered straight to the service department. I figured they already had the part, it only takes 5 minutes to install this way I could leave as soon as it was ready. I got their and the salesman I had been talking to was nowhere to be found. He was not on sight and had a doctor’s appointment. I understand that people need to go to the doctor, but didn’t he know about his Monday morning appointment on Saturday when he told me he would personally check the service department first thing? I waited there for 2 hours but couldn’t wait any longer. At which point they told me that they were still waiting for the part to arrive even though I was told they got the part on Saturday. To their credit, they did say they would give me a loaner. But that took at least another hour to get. Finally, I got on the road. They told me they should get the part around 1:00 and it would take an hour and a half to install, even though on Saturday it was only going to take 5 minutes. So at 2:30, I decided to check on things. Every time I sent a text it was simply answered, “Service will let me know when it’s installed.” Asked for ETA, when I should come in, etc. Still the answer was Service will let me know when it’s installed. Finally at about 5:00, they told me my truck was ready. I said it would take me 20-30 minutes to get there. I get there at about 5:30. Walk onto the showroom floor and ask for the sales person. I am told to have a seat and he will be right with me. 30 minutes later I’m sick of waiting and I call his cell. He says no one told him I was here. He takes me to return the loaner. The guy in the service department starts giving me a hard time because I didn’t return the loaner before 5:00. No one had ever told me that it had to be back before 5:00 and I had been told it would be done around mid-day. At that point I assumed I was done and he would hand me my keys and I would More
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!!! RICHARD WAS HORRIBLE TO ME (a woman) who had nicely inquired about an SUV listed online. Due to another dealership offering me a certain am LIFE!!!!! RICHARD WAS HORRIBLE TO ME (a woman) who had nicely inquired about an SUV listed online. Due to another dealership offering me a certain amount for trade in and a better nicer package vehicle for cheaper than this one, yet in another state, I felt this might be the better route than shipping etc. I wanted to see if they would be willing to match the other dealership or come close and I was told Richard would contact me. He was HORRIBLE! Made me feel like an idiot and told me by asking for the price I was I was “asking for the world”. He then continued to text me after I said, that’s just what I have in writing from the other dealership if you can’t meet me here that’s ok, thanks anyways. Yet he kept harassing me over texts and saying “so you want me to buy your car at max price and give you my car at lowest.” Asking for a 5% discount on the listed vehicle is not crazy and is just a question for negotiation yet he never counter offered just continued to go on and on about how what I was asking for was unreasonable and unrealistic. I have all the texts and wish I could post here so his bosses could see how horrific he is to people that could have worked something out yesterday even if my first inquiry wasn’t the final deal. I have never ever been this upset talking to a sales person and honestly hope no one ever gets treated like this again. Just because your name is Richard doesn’t mean you have to act like a Dick. Kindness would have gone a lot further and maybe removed that car from your lot that’s been sitting for 90 days. More
I found a used car that they had in their inventory that I thought was a good deal. I meet with Shiloh Perez for a test drive and negotiate a price. Shiloh went back and for with his manager changing the I thought was a good deal. I meet with Shiloh Perez for a test drive and negotiate a price. Shiloh went back and for with his manager changing the monthly payment and tried to reduce it. However the price of the vehicle never changed. He distracted me and my wife by showing us the monthly payment and not reducing the price of the Vehicle. We then met with Theodore Esquer, and he too distracted us. First they bring you into an office with a giant screen on the desk to review the documents. As Theodore was showing us the documents to sign, he would zoom in to specifically to the line where we needed to sign and skipped through what the rest of the documents said. He manipulated the screen so that we could not see the entire document. When I came to options and extended warranty, I told him that I do not want to add anything at all. We finished signing and he emailed the documents. They did not provide a printed copy. When I reviewed the documents at home, I discovered that there were 3 warranties on the contract that I was never explained what they were or asked to add them. Total of $3,145 extra that I did not want to add. Avoid this dealer, they are shady and will steal your money. More
