One of the Worst dealership 😡😡 Our experience with Envision Ford Durate was very disappointing. We were told we were purchasing a brand-new car, but later discovered it had been used as a demo vehicle Envision Ford Durate was very disappointing. We were told we were purchasing a brand-new car, but later discovered it had been used as a demo vehicle. This was never disclosed to us before the sale, yet we were charged the full price of a new car. When we raised our concerns, the dealership denied responsibility instead of providing a fair explanation or solution. The salesperson's attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, which only made the situation worse. Buying a car requires trust, honesty, and transparency. Unfortunately, our experience at Envision Ford Durate lacked all three. I encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to verify all vehicle details, including whether it has been used as a demo vehicle, before signing any paperwork. They are not honest to the customer..I bought my 2025 Ford active escape they told me it was brand new , and when I did our drive test they show us another car , and after singing when pick up car next day it was mileage 4k they told us it’s demo car!!!! 😡 which is registered 6 month ago after that within 6 month I paid again for the registration.. My overall experience was good. Customer service is always helpful, and particularly so in this case since I was dealing with an emergency battery replacement. As part of his inspection, he brought up things I had recently done (oil change, in 2 weeks prior, tires), so not even sure why those were checked. The battery was the main issue and while he fixed it, he left the hatch cover in the back off completely. The battery is in the trunk for hybrids so it was by the spare. I had to put it back on. Not sure how this was missed. More
