I was treated with respect by Daniel who was my service rep and I really appreciated it. I just don’t understand that it should take 3 days to check the computer and to recalculate the problem. Christine rep and I really appreciated it. I just don’t understand that it should take 3 days to check the computer and to recalculate the problem. Christine helped me with procuring a rental car and was friendly & helpful & always had a smile on her face. Since I was going to be without a car. She helped me relax & keep calm. When they try to charge you over $900 for sparkplugs replacement, you know there is something shady going on.. called them out on it and the rep said the cost is based on complexity... how complex is ch replacement, you know there is something shady going on.. called them out on it and the rep said the cost is based on complexity... how complex is changing sparkplug for an an old 1994 car? I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I was in no hurry to buy a vehicle but I thought I would take a look a look to 2023 lightning F1 50s when I pull up I was greeted By Mike dealership. I was in no hurry to buy a vehicle but I thought I would take a look a look to 2023 lightning F1 50s when I pull up I was greeted By Mike Escoto, and had a great experience with him as my salesman. He did absolutely everything that I asked him and I left that day because I wanted to look around At other dealerships. The following day I ended up coming back to envision Ford because I appreciated the way that Mike treated me and I felt that they were honest, and in general just good people. In my case what sealed the deal was that in lieu of a big down payment, they were willing to take my 2006 Tacoma pick up truck in as a trade and they gave me a very fair price for it. I was very happy with Mike, and Fadi the sales manager that worked in my behalf as well. I would recommend my friends and family to purchase from this dealership without a doubt because of the good people there, as well as the fact that they worked out the best deal in my behalf of the 3 dealerships that I visited. More
