One of my sensors for the tire pressure gauge in one of my wheels went out, and I wanted it fixed before I went on a road trip. I made the appointment several days before my trip, but the only day they cou my wheels went out, and I wanted it fixed before I went on a road trip. I made the appointment several days before my trip, but the only day they could get me in was the day before my trip. I told the woman who made my appointment that I could only do this appointment if they could guarantee that I would be done by noon. She reassured me that that would not be a problem. So, I dropped my car off at 8 AM that morning and was expecting to get my car back by noon. At noon I hadn’t heard anything yet, so I called and I was told the car had not been looked at yet. I was very annoyed because I had exactly 1 hour to handle all this before my next appointment. I had a dental appointment later on in the afternoon that I needed my car for. So now I had to get an Uber from my work to my dentist, and after the dentist appointment another Uber from the dentist back to my work. I was very annoyed. It’ll be interesting to see how you respond to this, and depending on your response, I may or may not come back to envision Ford In Oxnard. More
