Envision Lincoln of Duarte is one of the finest dealerships I have ever been to. We saw a used vehicle they had listed for sale and drove out from Orange County to see it. I had talked to Roland G dealerships I have ever been to. We saw a used vehicle they had listed for sale and drove out from Orange County to see it. I had talked to Roland Gutierrez a great young man on the phone and he greeted us there when we arrived right out front. Rowland is a no nonsense, kind of guy and was very patient with me as I went over the vehicle with a spot light looking at every nook and cranny lol. We sat down and crunched the numbers and it only took about 15 minutes to agree on a final price. I got exactly the deal I wanted. We then sat down with Ted for the paperwork. Also a wonderful man, we listen to all the up sells and ended up purchasing a mechanical warranty for six years/50,000 miles offered by Ford Lincoln. That was really a good deal. Thank you for that Ted. All in all a wonderful experience. More

Have to admit, I can’t afford seafood general maintenance. My visit was for a recall. Everyone could no have been nicer. Have to admit he “talked” me into throttle body, injection cleaning. BUT I had $177 built up in FORD cash,” so I got that amount discounted off the bill. Got the car back washed and ready to go when promised. What blows my mind, the pay for a Lyft to take you home. Who is this, Lexus? I love it. I’m so impressed with this group I may be tempted to use them for maintenance. Service writers are a kick. 👍 More
