I explained I had a flat and had driven in on the donut. Tony acknowledged I was stuck yet said there were no loaner vehicles, their Lyft “didn’t work,” and suggested I drive the spare to another dealership. With no solutions offered, I rented a car for $80/day + ~$40 gas (over $150 out of pocket). After I did that, their Lyft suddenly did work—to take me less than a mile to Enterprise. Tony then said I wouldn’t be able to pick up until Wednesday because he wouldn’t be there and had to transfer the ticket to Edgar. When I called the next day at 12:00 PM, my vehicle still hadn’t been worked on because “they were at lunch.” I stayed patient throughout, but advising a customer to keep driving on a donut, providing no loaner or timely ride when I was clearly stranded, and leaving the car untouched by noon the next day is unacceptable—especially for a Lincoln service department. Tony and Edgar demonstrated poor customer service and communication. I purchased my car here, but after this, I will not return. Requested resolution: Review this visit, reimburse my rental/gas costs, and retrain staff on safety-first, solution-oriented service and basic communication. More

At least six times, though, our calls went straight to voicemail, which promised a prompt callback, which consistently did not happen…increasingly frustrating for us. More
The man that is helping us now is being helpful because he agrees with us. We spent $80,000 on a vehicle that had a few damage issues that we were told were factory related and would be fixed.
