Great service from technician, but advisor needs training We've always had great service from the technicians here at Piercey Today. We purchased our fifth vehicle from them, and with that, Toyota's prepaid o We've always had great service from the technicians here at Piercey Today. We purchased our fifth vehicle from them, and with that, Toyota's prepaid oil change. The advisor gave my wife a hard time about the frequency of our oil changes (which is scheduled for every 5,000 miles/ 6 months). She stated that our last oild change was completed in September, and that we were not due for another oil change for anither six more months. I have never heard of yearly /10,000 mile oil changes. Our document clearly stated 11 oil changes in five years, but the advisor insisted that we were scheduled for yearly oil changes (that would make our plan an 11 year plan). She said "I'll let you don't this time..." But told my wife that she would not allow it next time. More
