I have 97 Toyota Tacoma, starter failed this AM. Called 4 dealerships. needed repairs done TODAY. I called on 4 dealerships. 2 did not have starter in stock. FIRST CALL TO THEM WAS AT 1130 AM, WORK WAS COMPLETED AT 135 PM !!!! QUOTE WAS 435.00, FINAL WAS 408.00 ! And they washed my dirty truck. new , clean, and extremely friendly. I took my van for a service and called if it was ready. They said yes. I got a ride over there and then they told me it wasn't ready. I asked for the service manager and was ignored by two female service personal that had a loud lenghty chat with each other in vietnames until I shouted at them to get me the manager or someone in charge. The service manager came up and seemed annoyed I asked for him. I told him what the deal and he said he will get someone to bring my van over asap. Well ASAP turned into 20 minutes and I asked what is going on. A tech told me the van was being washed and ready soon. I waited 10 minutes more and demanded the manager give me my vehical washed or not. He called and someone drove it over...unwashed. I said I will never return and I was planning on maybe getting new vehical and does he think I will buy it from them? he said probably not. Not only are they incompetachornt but rude as well. More
