SERVICE VISIT

Gary went out of his way to make sure I had a truck as a loaner as I was bringing in my truck for service. Friendly, concerned and prompt are all fitting words to describe Gary and all the staff at EVS Rand loaner as I was bringing in my truck for service. Friendly, concerned and prompt are all fitting words to describe Gary and all the staff at EVS Random Lake! Even though they were quite busy when I arrived to pick up my vehicle - they all found time to get me out the door quickly, while still taking a moment to make it a more personal experience, rather than a "next in line" moment!
