Ertle Subaru

I brought my 2025 Subaru Outback to Ertle Subaru on Monday morning for a warranty repair on the ventilation system. The car would only blow hot air out of the driver side vents. After describing the problem to Brian the service advisor, he indicated that the entire HVAC housing would likely need replacement. This is a BIG job, requiring most of the dashboard to be removed to get to it. He also indicated that, depending on when the part came in, that it may not be done the same week. I dropped off the vehicle and went home with a loaner vehicle provided by Ertle Subaru. Brian called me the following afternoon to let me know that they had completed the repairs on my vehicle and that it could be picked up. I picked up my car and noticed on the ride home that not only did everything work properly, there also wasn't a creak, squeak, or rattle to be found. I have dealt with the sales, parts, and now the service department at Ertle Subaru and have BY FAR had the best experiences of any dealership I have ever gone to. I would highly recommend Ertle Subaru for anything auto related. More

Spent 3 hrs on Saturday Nov. 22nd trying to buy a car. We went through the typical sales spiel, ( I’m 62 and have purchased many cars over the years. After the 3 hrs of negotiations we weren’t where we wanted to be so we were going to leave, David told us that his supervisor at the other location was aware of the situation and that 2 different vehicles we be processed and the numbers would be ready when we got there and we could get what we wanted by speaking with him on Monday the 24th. We deliberately made a 3pm appointment so they would have time to write up both offers, when we arrived we were given to a sales person not the supervisor, the offers given to us were worse than the last offers we received from David Ebuna. I don’t believe any contact was made and we were just passed along. After another hour of being offered lower trim models at higher monthly payments we said that we weren’t happy and we got up to leave, thats when the supervisor decided to appear. I told him we weren’t happy and we were done and he started to follow us out of the dealership, thats when I stated in a very loud voice “ do not follow me outside, we are done. Blame David who lied to us in the first place for us walking out. “ Tomorrow we will be going back to Ciocca where they treat everyone with respect. We tried Ertle because we live closer, but I’d rather drive for an hour than be taken for a fool. More
