And then meeting up with our service rep Ashley, who I had spoken to a few days before and she couldn't be more helpful on the phone, And even more when we were introduced in person. Every question was answered completely and with well informed knowledge. The time estimate of the four tires installed and wheel balancing plus alignment was very close to the predicted estimated time in addition to a multipoint inspection which I was also grateful to get - which informed me of my need for an engine filter replacement, which subsequently also gave me better mileage for the close to 300 mile trip we were taking! To top it all off, we were given a choice for a free hand car wash. It doesn't get better than that!
