I was only there for a 12k service on my Outback so was stunned when 40 minutes after dropping Big Red off she was finished! The service was not only fast but efficient, friendly and excellent value. Furthermore, I asked advice as to how to clean the inside of the windshield because I kept getting streaks, and Tiffany was kind enough to provide a tech guy who accommodated and told me about newspaper (who knew!). But that's not all she did! When I opened the car door to leave I almost cried because she had the technician clean the inside windshield for me AND there was no dog hair to be seen!! I can't say enough of how pleasant an experience this was! Not only these touching thoughtful little surprises, but entertaining conversation while checking out and just friendly, nice people everywhere! I feel so blessed to have found this dealership - I'm never going anywhere else. More
