I did a a few minor issues that have come up since the delivery of the truck on the evening of February 28. - i was only given 1 key? Is there no spare? - David took off 2 license plates which he gave me (1 car tag, 1 personal tag) but gave me no screws to put plate back on? - i had an aftermarket remote car starter on my trade-in. I asked if it could be put on new vehicle. David said "didnt know". Then i forgot to pursue it. So... could it be? - its the first "new" car I've ever bought that i didn't get a full tank of gas upon delivery. - it was also the dirtiest car ive ever been given. I DO realize our weather conditions, but I had to ask about detailing. The windows are filthy from the stickers, etc. I was told "yeah, remind when you want it done, ill get it done for you ". I would like that in writing. In fact, when my wife bought her JEEP from you, her car was detailed where she bought it AND got a certificate for one for a later time because it was raining the day we took over the JEEP. As i mentioned... minor but issues i feel could be addressed and, some of them are my fault as well. I WAS surprised to take delivery that evening.
