I brought my vehicle in for service and upon picking it up, I heard a noise that I was hearing for a while ( it would only happen after the car sat for a long time). Was told 1 hour for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. After 2 hours the vehicle was complete. They forgot to attach a part before the vehicle was released to me, they forgot to give me my veh inspection. After 2 hours the vehicle was complete. They forgot to attach a part before the vehicle was released to me, they forgot to give me my vehicle registration back before I left, and they used a no name brand of oil that DID NOT meet the standards required by the manufacturer.
