Customer Service Rep Training I brought my car in for an inspection. When I received my car, I noticed the fog lights were not working. Kathy Aimer, the rep I dealt with, told me t I brought my car in for an inspection. When I received my car, I noticed the fog lights were not working. Kathy Aimer, the rep I dealt with, told me to bring it in the next day for "her" technicians to look at. She said "her" technicians have gone for the day. I brought the vehicle in again the next day, and the customer rep on duty (he was seated at the first desk to the counter) came out to look at the car. He showed me how to turn on the fog light. Apparently, the technician had turn off the fog light. Seriously, when the technicians work on the car, . LEAVE the settings the way they were. Customers do NOT change the settings from the way the car was delivered. Comment: Train Kathy to "know" "her" car, the Subaru. This incident should not have inconvenienced the customer to make ANOTHER return trip. More

Despite over $1600 in service repairs, my car was not washed or vacuumed. And while that may sound minor, Faulkner and Koch 33 do this for me, as a courtesy EVERY TIME, with under $50 in service. A few issues. Over charged by over $20. This was corrected after I questioned the bill. Could not find the car readily after service. It was parked in the new Over charged by over $20. Customer should be told where car is parked, especially when it is not outside the service area. More
