Service center review The service center is very nice & comfortable. There is coffee, tea, hot chelate & snacks. We were there for about 2 hours for oil change & tire rotat The service center is very nice & comfortable. There is coffee, tea, hot chelate & snacks. We were there for about 2 hours for oil change & tire rotation. The only complaint I had is that we were sent two coupons, & only one was accepted. One was for the oil change & the other for the tire rotation. We needed to do them at the same time, since we live about 45 minutes away. More

Recall mess I brought my car in for a recall. When I made the appointment they told me they didn't want me sitting around for 4 hours so they had a loaner for me I brought my car in for a recall. When I made the appointment they told me they didn't want me sitting around for 4 hours so they had a loaner for me. When I got to my appointment I was told they weren't told about the loaner, and that I would have to wait or reschedule. When I complained to the service manager he was able to get me a car from Enterprise. When we picked up the car my heat/defrost/ac and 4 way flashers weren't working. So I had to bring it back again so they could plug in what they forgot to plug in. This took 3 days from first visit to last visit. Very inconvient! More
