Pleased with my wife's appointment I am always happy when James assists me. He takes time to explain things to me; he seems to follow the best practices that Ertle has put in place; he I am always happy when James assists me. He takes time to explain things to me; he seems to follow the best practices that Ertle has put in place; he shows a desire to want me to be satisfied with my visit. Recently, I read a service explanation incorrectly and questioned him. I was frustrated. He was very polite and understanding when he noticed my mistake. I had read a service date incorrectly. I'm sure he deals with plenty of customers who aren't happy with a repair bill etc... but in all my dealings with him he courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He always hands me off in person to the payment person and says thank you. So, Thank You, James. More
