I love my 2023 Ascent and it has so many new features that I was very happy with their invite to come back in two weeks for a training class with Winston on what this SUV is all about. I think that is an excellent of great service after the sale. I also was impressed with Dave in finance for his very efficient closing of the contract. Good day, We have been in the motorcycle industry and occasionally the auto-side of the world for decades. Ertle has a most excellent dealership. One thing anybody hates is pressure. There was never that here at Ertle - rather a feeling that the entire team was on our side. Sure... you are there to sell cars, make profit and smile when the next customer walks in the door. But you do it in a most excellent manner. My mother always said to me..."Brian, it is not what you say, but how you say it." Mom was right. Jason and Kevin were professional, knowledgeable and, most of all easy to talk to -and we never felt any insistence or badgering from any one at Ertle. You probably known this is rare and the #1 reason people have their stomaches do flip flops when car shopping. The owners should be happy with all of them and David in finance as well. BTW - we went to the motorcycle shop too. VERY NICE! You should take an ad with Backroads Motorcycle Magazine -but, hey , no pressure... All the very best!
