We had a very positive experience at Ertle Subaru. We test drove a forester and outback back in the spring, shopped around to make sure the Subaru is what we wanted, then came back and placed an order We test drove a forester and outback back in the spring, shopped around to make sure the Subaru is what we wanted, then came back and placed an order. It did take several months for it to arrive, but that's the car market right now and no reflection on Ertle. Our salesperson, Juan Bodden, was great from test drive to getting the keys. We've had a very common issue at other dealerships with salespeople catering to my husband and casting me to the side, but Juan treated us both equally, professionally, and respectfully. He also answered a million questions and made sure we understood all the features in our car before driving away. We have yet to have any interaction with the service department, but we will be returning for our oil change and I'm hopeful it will continue to be a positive experience. We would definitely return to Ertle Subaru for future purchases. More
