I came to Ertle because I had received coupons in the mail for a free first oil change and vehicle check. The coupon stated that no appointment was needed and I could use their express service. It was about 3:30 when I entered the service department and I was asked if I had an appointment. I presented my coupon and was told that the express service was only available until 4:30 and they would have to check to see if I could still receive service that day. As there were a number of other customers waiting I thought, well the time frame wasn't listed on the coupon or I would have tried to come in sooner. Thinking I might have to come back the next day as it was June 16th and the coupon was only good until June 17th. It didn't take long until I was told that it could be done and I should take a seat in the waiting area. Well I waited patiently watching the TV. The time went by and at 4:45 there was only me and one other customer who had been there when I sat down left in the room. Then she was told her car was ready and she was very happy as she had said she had to be out by 5:00. I sat waiting. At 5:30 I was told my car was all done. When I went back to the service desk Tiffany Korodan stood up and began to repeatedly apologize telling me how sorry she was for having me wait so long and was hoping I wasn't too upset with having a two hour wait and was stressing that, repeatedly apologizing and didn't want me to think poorly of them. I tried to calm her down telling her I wasn't upset at all and that I'm a very patient person and I and did my best to reassure her and ease her worries about my having to wait. I got her to laugh a bit and she told me that they had also washed my car and for having to wait so long she gave me two cards, 1 for a free car wash at Sparkle Car Wash and another for a future oil change. A few days later I returned as with all the that had transpired I had forgotten to take the worksheet of what had been done to keep for my records. When I went into the service area I was excitedly greeted by Tiffany and also Natalia who I had the pleasure of her assisting me on a prior visit when my check engine light had come on and I had no heat in my vehicle. I couldn't remember ever being so pleasantly greeted by two charming young ladies. I explained to Tiffany that I had left the paper work and also told her about some minor damage to the car from a deer hitting the passenger side front while driving at 30 mph only a few days after my service. That it had separated where the bumper attaches to the passenger side of the car. Tiffany came out with me to see the damage and said that she wanted to get one of the mechanics as she felt he might be able to be reattached it. When she came out he was able to reattach it and although he said it should still go to a body shop for a complete look over for the insurance to cover. At least the damage was now not so noticeable. So far, thanks to Tiffany and Natalia and Nick in finance my dealings with Ertle Subaru have been extremely satisfying............Jim Orley More

repair shop prices are to high. it seems u go in to fix one thing and there's a upscale on 5 other. plus there seems to be little things wrong after the car is done . fix a blower it seems u go in to fix one thing and there's a upscale on 5 other. plus there seems to be little things wrong after the car is done . fix a blower ,no radio or cold air.
