I TOOK MY 2013 F-250 IN BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING ON TURNPIKE HIT A BUMP AND FRONT END WENT CRAZY. I TOOK OVER TO ESSENTIAL FORD THEY SAID THAT THEY CALL THAT A DEATH WOBBLE. I ALSO TOLD THEM WHEN I TRY TO PUT T HIT A BUMP AND FRONT END WENT CRAZY. I TOOK OVER TO ESSENTIAL FORD THEY SAID THAT THEY CALL THAT A DEATH WOBBLE. I ALSO TOLD THEM WHEN I TRY TO PUT THE TRUCK IN DRIVE IT MAKE A LOUD NOISE AFTER 4 DAY THEY CALL ME TOLD ME IT WAS READY THEY TOLD ME THEY FIX THE BALL JOINTS AND THEY COULDN'T FIND OUT THE LOUD NOISE. THEY SAID IT DIDN'T MAKE THE NOISE. THEY NEXT MORNING IT MADE THE NOISE I TOOK MY TRUCK TO AL PACKER IN WPB HE FOUND THE PROBLEM IN 5 MIN, BUT THEY SO BACK UP THEY COULDN'T FIX IT. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY U -JOINTS. COMING FROM WPB GOING 70 MPH TRUCK HIT A BUMP AND MY TRUCK WENT INTO A DEATH WOBBLE AGAIN RIGHT BESIDE A 18 WHEELER I CAME 2 INCHES FROM HITTING THAT TRUCK. I TOOK THE TRUCK BACK TALK WITH SERVICE MANAGER AND HE TOLD ME U HAVE TO REALIZE THAT YOU HAVE A 2013 I LOST IT ON HIS xxx. MY TRUCK ONLY HAVE 90,000 MILES ON IT AND MY TRUCK IS UNDER WARRANTY. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER DEDUCTIBLE FOR SOMETHING THEY SUPPOSED TO FIXED IN THE 1ST PLACE. I HAVE ALL MY PAPERWORK I WANT GO BACK AND WILL REPORT TO BBB AND TO FORD WARRANTY DEPARTMENT More
The worst dealership that I’ve ever dealt with in over 50 years! First, the good: Their quick lane oil change service, etc is very good and reasonably priced. The bad: Their warranty and mechanical service advisors. they are aloof and treat customers as if you’re a bother to them and barely acknowledge customers when they drive in. They don’t return calls. Maybe they’re over worked, but they could be friendly and helpful. My car went in for a seat cooler not working on the bottom cushion and although they fixed that, the seat back didn’t cool when the car was returned. It’s been back twice and they claim they ordered parts, but now say my car is now out of warranty. Hey, it’s been almost 2 months and it’s not my fault they not only didn’t fix it the first time, but gave it back to me not working. I’ve called my service advisor, Spencer, 11 times and have nevet gotten a call back, necessitating me to drive there to be able to talk to him. They don’t know the meaning of the word service. More
Loud air noise from front. Took in for roof rack recall and still makes noise at 45 mph. Told they did recall fix and car is 3 years old and out of warranty with no offer of solve problem. Also asked for bottom window seal to be secured as it keeps riding up. Not fixed. Told no charge and the crimped the part that was supposed to hold it down. Told to go buy some adhesive and fix it myself. This new Essential Ford sucks! More
The entire experience overall was good. What turned it into a poor experience was during the three hours of purchasing a brand new 2020 mustang they never took the time to clean the interior. Sent my Taurus SHO to receive a factory recall for rear suspension. When car returned, rear passenger side kick panel was damaged. Left two voicemail messages for service department to call me back about p suspension. When car returned, rear passenger side kick panel was damaged.
