My truck has an issue which was identified at the last appointment and I was told to come back after driving 2k miles for the resolution and instead they brushed it off and told me there was never an issu appointment and I was told to come back after driving 2k miles for the resolution and instead they brushed it off and told me there was never an issue and refuse to resolve. It took months for someone to take the time to actually identify the issue and the resolution was offered. This has been my go to for years but I will drive an extra hour to the next Chevrolet dealer in the future to avoid the circles this place throws you in. One thing after another. Avoid at all costs if you want anything done right. More
