Unfortunately, there seems to have been some misunderstanding regarding the appointment itself. A diagnostic appointment means the vehicle is checked in for diagnosis, which typically requires 24–48 hours, not including any additional repair time once the issue is identified. To help make the process as convenient as possible, we do offer complimentary local Uber rides for both drop-off and pick-up. While we understand the inconvenience, diagnosing and repairing vehicles does still require a bit more technical knowledge and takes time to perform correctly.
