We were blessed to have Haclyn G and her team. They are extremely great at selling. She is very kind and considerate of the needs. She goes all the distance to provide what you want. Great! Everyone there is really courteous. The service was top notch and they even got me an uber ride home and back to the dealership! The best service department that I have ever dealt with! Frustrating to drop a car off for service, it appears that only 2 service people of the 10 are able to help customers at any time. I received an attachment to a text after I dropped the car off, it never that only 2 service people of the 10 are able to help customers at any time. I received an attachment to a text after I dropped the car off, it never showed more than “checked in” in the 3 days my car was at the service center. Car is returned dirty. More
Good sale turned bad! Nov 7th bought a new Suburban; Estero Bay processed the wrong vehicle. Christian called on Dec 5th to inform us, he said "it will take "a couple hours for new paperwork". I called him back on Dec 6th because of incorrect registration also and legally it's not my car, he said "it will be fine I know Camine the Sheriff just tell them what happened". I laughed and said no it's illegal, I don't want to be arrested, and my new car impounded! So, he said "ok get a ride to the dealer and I'll give you a loaner". Really? Get a ride? Your dealer screwed up, and I need to find a ride to get a loaner? I said that doesn't work for me, why can't you go on the DMV website and transfer it to the correct VIN? He said " he will ask finance if they can" that's when I asked why my paperwork wasn't redone? He said, "it's going to take couple more days". Finance was able to transfer my plate to the correct VIN and Christian called to say it was there at the dealer to come pick up. Instead of driving to the dealer to pick it up couldn't you email it to me? He wasn't able to, so instead he took a Pic then emailed that to me. So forward to Dec 15th still no paperwork, so I called Estero and asked for the GM, I was told "he wasn't available would you like to leave a message" as I figured as much. Within 15min Christian was calling me. He said the paperwork was being done right now and Rocco (finance person) was supposed to had called me, but if I want to come in it should be ready after 2pm. I said I will be in. Went to Estero Bay signed some paperwork, I asked about the rest of it and Rocco told me "It will take another 5 days" and " if you don't hear from me after 5days call me" and gave me his personal cell #. Dec 22nd still no call from Rocco, so I called left him a n message still have never heard back from him. Re tried calling him on Jan 5th, no answer, left message, still no call back. Waited until late afternoon same day was looking at all the negative reviews on Google and noticed the General manager was reaching out to complaints to try to help. I thought ok instead of trashing Estero Bay I will just email him directly. So, I emailed him that same day explaining what was going on. I had a return phone call from Paul; I told him what had happened and how nothing is being takin care of. He said I will look into this and call you before noon tomorrow. Paul returned my call at 11:47am next to let me know Rocco had forgotten some paperwork and it was ready to sign. I said great, and what paperwork is that? It was not my warranty paperwork once again. I said Paul what about my warranty paperwork? He said he will check. He called back and told me "The director of finance is handling it" but if I could come in and sign the other paperwork" I told him I will not make 2 more trips for your screw up! What is the big deal about warranty paperwork? He said, "It's not a big deal; we will just switch it over". I said good do that I will be in to sign it and get my copies. He said," I'm not sure when that will be ready, but when I know you will be first to know." Well, here it is Jan 12th still no paperwork, no title for a car that is paid for and no apology for over 2months of aggravation. I guess another dealer that only cares about a customer until you sign the paperwork, even if it's for the wrong car! The stress I've been through over the last 2 months has been unbelievable wondering when the car I paid for on Nov 7th will ever officially be mine. I tried over and over to resolve this without online complaints, but it has been long enough, and too many chances were given without a resolution. More
