Brand new car was in for service. Service Department damaged front splitter, leather door panel and punctured holes in fiberglass on both sides of the under carriage from their lift. I was sold a lemon here. As soon as I left the dealership the AC went out on the way home. When you buy u are treated great, once you leave you are garbage. I went back since they said there was something wrong with a fan and they had to work on it before we took it home and just come back if anything happens. Well once I showed up I was turned away and told to schedule an appointment. The guy literally wouldn’t look at me. I felt so embarrassed. He just told the secretary to tell me to leave and schedule an appointment after yesterday he told me to just show up if it messes up. They fixed it for a couple weeks, then my 7 year old daughter and I drove without AC for almost a year bc their prices for service are insane, then took it in, they fixed it for another 2 weeks then said they don’t really know what’s wrong. When we picked it up and paid a ridiculous amount the gearshift was suddenly completely broken and will cost over $1,000 to fix, I’ve had to take it every 2 weeks to another shop to put refrigerant in for $70 and now that the diagnostic is done they sold us a car with a broken hose and fan. It’s going to cost us $650 to fix both. Not to mention the gear shift they broke for over a grand. I never would have bought there if I would have known they treat you like royalty when you are buying but once you leave you are literally garbage to them. They could care less. Not to mention the service costs being 10 times higher than your local shop. I drive for work. My small daughter has to have barf bags in the back after car line because of the heat. It’s disgusting. We trusted them because we thought they represent Chevrolet. But letting a little girl vomit in car line almost every day in Florida heat because you won’t fix a car you messed up is just disgusting. I’m ashamed we ever went there. Don’t make the same mistake. More
