Juan DeLeon was my salesperson and he was the nicest and most knowledgeable person I have ever worked with. Julio was the financial whiz who took care of the paperwork. He was also very nice! Service Department Disaster The service department at Eatero Bay Chev is a joke. Between the technician, Ben, lying about the repairs being done, incompetent Bob, the service man The service department at Eatero Bay Chev is a joke. Between the technician, Ben, lying about the repairs being done, incompetent Bob, the service manager, backing up his lies even though I showed him time & date stamped pictures of the error messages on my dashboard moments after leaving his shop, & the obnoxious owner, Pat Denson, who tried to do battle with me for 20 minutes before acquiescing to my request for a refund, this whole experience was a disaster. Pat had the audacity to issue an ultimatum, saying he would refund my money but I could never bring my truck back there. HA! As if I would ever subject myself to more male bullying & incompetence! More
