I came to Estero Bay to compare the Traverse High country to the comparable competition either Audi or BMW. Your sales rep Mark Sievert is the sharpest car guy I have ever met. He showed me features I had no idea existed he litteraly sold me on the car. I liked the oerformance data and the over all look of the exterior but when Mark showed ne the interior design and all of the electronic featues I was sold. I have been buying new cars on a regular basis for over forty years. My Traverse is the first new American made car I have ever purchased. My friends have asked me why I never buy American made cars. I have always said when they build a better one I will. You have and i did. Mark introduced me to your service manager. That was a good idea. I will have my car serviced at Estero Bay Chevrolet. Horrific service experience Had a service appointment at 9 am. Car wasn't even looked at 11. I told them to give me the keys and thanked them for wasting 2 hours of my time. My observations over the 2 hour wait for nothing were very negative for the Chevrolet brand in general and Estero Bay Chevrolet specifically. I would advise anyone looking for Chevrolet service to go elsewhere. More

When I arrived my salesman was ready to get started and there was very little wait in any of the process. A very memorable experience!!! I purchased an SS, it took me two hours to get there, but only took an hour and a half to get back!!! More
