Communication is awful. No loaner cars, did get me a rental from enterprise but then I had to use my CC for deposit and when I dropped off at the dealership and picked my ca No loaner cars, did get me a rental from enterprise but then I had to use my CC for deposit and when I dropped off at the dealership and picked my car up they never notified enterprise and I was charged for extra days on rental. Always have problems after I get vehicle back like they don’t check the tires or reset sensors, don’t fill fluids & car is dirtier inside than when I dropped off. Didn’t do my recall when they said they did & it was scheduled to be done. More

Had a great exchange with Eric Knowlton in the internet department. I had a question about a vehicle online and he was proactive with engaging me in conversation and getting me an answer.
