The dealership itself is okay but the service department needs some work! This is the 4th time we have made an appointment to have our vehicle serviced (with a service plan) to arrive at our scheduled time needs some work! This is the 4th time we have made an appointment to have our vehicle serviced (with a service plan) to arrive at our scheduled time and then have to wait 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation! We probably would have had to wait longer had we not asked for an update. We also asked for a tire balancing which we were told was not included but would cost $79.99 not a problem but then the problem occurred when we were changed an extra fee of $12.95 & the service advisor couldn't tell us what that charge was for?!?!? More
