Estero Bay's service team was swamped but they worked very hard at getting our vehicle done and back to us in a timely manner as we had to get a rental vehicle. Great service I had my GMC Acadia towed to Estero Bay Chevrolet after warning messages appeared and the vehicle couldn't be driven. This was on a Sunday morning. I had my GMC Acadia towed to Estero Bay Chevrolet after warning messages appeared and the vehicle couldn't be driven. This was on a Sunday morning. The next day I talked to Ben Monnett. He said they were very busy with appointments but would get the problem analyzed and call me later in the afternoon. He called as promised, explained the problem, told me he had the necessary repair part in stock, and should be able to complete the work tomorrow (Tuesday). Around Tuesday noon Ben called and said the Acadia was ready to go and there was no charge as the repair was covered by the warranty. Obviously I didn't have an appointment for this repair, but Ben handled the situation in a fast, friendly manner nonetheless. I really appreciate Ben's great customer service skills and will not hesitate to return to Estero Bay Chevrolet for future service needs. More
