Feed me a bunch of xx. Had to go back 3 times and cost me 3 weeks of MY time. I had to tell them everything that was wrong with my car and I’m not a certified mechanic. I have CarShield, so I don’t have to work on my cars. I told them I needed a control arm and to check the other side and was told it was OK. I’ll pick up my car and drive home still’s same symptoms and a bad rattling sound. I get home, inspect the car and found my swaybar banging against the new control arm. They just installed. The bushings were shot on the swaybar and broke the bracket and they left it like that And the other control arm was shot as well. I can’t believe they did not see that swaybar banging against the new controller so I brought it back to the dealer and they replace the other control arm and would not fix the busted bracket on the swaybar. They said CarShield did not cover the bracket but the bushings. I told them I will pay for the bracket which was only $10. They have to remove the bracket to replace the bushings. Now they are saying it’s going to cost hundreds of dollars to remove the bracket because they don’t know if the bolt and nut are stripped and have to be retapped. But I have CarShield and they cover bushings. Like I said before you have to REMOVE bracket to get to the bushings. So, once again, they give me my car back now with two new control arms and a dangers rattling sway bar. I order the swaybar bracket from them the dealer for $10 and 2 new bushings ($7) from RockAuto and install them myself the bolt and nut came off very easy and clean. When I removed the one brackets, I notice grease all over the bracket, and the CV axle boot was torn, once again, the dealer mechanic didn’t see that either. That was the third time in three weeks I brought my car to the dealer. I have videos of all of this. The dealer also told me that if they submitted pictures of my damaged rear end of the car CarShield will not cover it and they are doing me a favor. I called CarShield to confirm that and they told me that was not true. I referred this dealership to two people and they bought cars from them and I was going to buy one next before all this. This all should have been on one claim and it wasn’t. Wasted a lot of time and they’re certified. And the service manager Scott said bring the car back and they will take care of it, but DID NOT. I will never return to this dealership More
