Upon entering the GORGEOUS service department, I was warmly greeted by a representative confirming my appointment and directing me exactly where I needed to go. When I walked up to Dave O'Brian's desk (my favorite service person in the world) and goodness knows, I've met a ton of them with all the cars my family has had, I was personally greeted and assured that all would be taken care of. I happily pick up a loaner car which was gorgeous and so clean (I almost didn't want to go back to my old car) until I saw how beautiful my own car looked upon pick up. A job well done and within the time period stated. I have multiple friends that have either purchased their cars here or have them serviced and we all agree, it's great. Servicing a customer is a lost art and Euro reminds me of when you go to a very exclusive restaurant to eat and as soon as you walk in the door all your needs and expectations are exceeded from start to finish. The two mercedes I currently own are only serviced by Euro Devon from oil changes and tires to anything else that needs to be done. More

My sales man Bob was very though, I was very please with him. Had a few minor problems with service but Dave Obrien was excellent he was fair and courteous along with Jeff ridgeway.
