Made a special trip, was told with a DIFFERENT price even after confirming with the staff over the phone. The service engine light was on when we were test driving, and was told it just need an oil change. We made the deal & was assured that the car went through inspection and had no issues. 2nd day after the purchase. The service engine light in on AGAIN! Sent to BMW dealership and found out high, low pressure fuel pump, sparks plug, coil, injectors all need to be replaced. It's been 1 month and this car gives us nothing but PROBLEMS! We have spent an additional on $5k for repairs already!!! My husband and I are very disappointed with the experience. They clearly are not very honest about the car situation!!! VERY HORRIBLE. The most horrible experience buying a car. First they tack on a A$2500 fee on top of each car. Car wasn't ready to pick up they were still washing it when I got there. after contract was signe First they tack on a A$2500 fee on top of each car. Car wasn't ready to pick up they were still washing it when I got there. after contract was signed , they told me they only had one key, that would be fine if it was a regular car but this Mercedes key cost $360 and they wouldn't replace it, I had to buy it on my own They left me with an empty tank of fuel, I drove 5 miles before I had to put fuel in it. They took to weeks to get me the tittle. the when I got home I noticed that one of the tires was ready to blow, it had a bubble on the inside. After fighting with them that I needed a replacement tire they settle on getting me a used one, well after many calls they still not replaced the tire. I'm an easy going person but these people are nothing but scam artists. !!!WARNING!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE, unless you want nothing trouble. More

Scam artist! Sold me a truck with a "extended warranty". Told me te warren ty card would come in the mail. when it didn't come, I called to ask when I wild get it. Scam artists selling broken cars I bought a car from them and lets forget about the $1500 dealer fees, the transmission light came on as soon as I got it home. When I took it to my mechanic he told me someone cleared the code so I wouldn't know anything was wrong. It needed $1500 worth of work to be fixed and they didn't want to pay anything into it. The owner is very arrogant and a bs artist. BEWARE!!!!!!! More

Nice cars and GREAT service I was at the dealer for least than 2 hours and left with a 2013Ford Fusion. Great car and I got an amazing deal with a LIFETIME warranty!
