I recently purchased a immaculate, amzaing, beautiful white BMW X5 that I was dreaming for! My credit score is not one of the best but Sam and Mero ( their financial representative) were able to work out a great deal for me on an 08 Audi A6. Well I went in there thinking I am gonna get ripped off. I bought cars from used car dealerships before and I have never had a good nor pleasant experience. It was different with this one though, especially because the guy who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. This guy definitely knows his cars - he showed me around, explained all the options that come with each car and what deals he can give me for each. I ended up buying a BMW, he really sold me on that one. That was 2 months ago and I have to say, I still haven't had any issues. Good dealership, I'd recommend them to anyone. They don't xxxxxxxx around, which I like. More

I came connected online with the sales team and I got an immediate phone call from Luis who scheduled an appointment. Luis and Nero worked hard and fast to suit me with a car they saw suited for me without making me feel pressured despite my poor credit. if anything they gave me more info than I could to help me build my credit for the future. They got me in and out of there and I am pleased to have walked out with my new Mercedes. They made the whole transaction pleasurable and I never once felt like they were only trying to make a quick sale. I recommend their dealership, with the whole staffs level of friendliness, knowledge of what they have in stock and on hand and most of all their proffesionalism. Bait and Switch Dealer. Showed up after confirming appointment. They asked which car I was there to see and of course that car was sold 20 mins ago. My car was totaled at a very inconvenient time for me financially. Poor credit, and little money to put down - combined with intermittent job history made my prospects of getting financing slim. After visiting 6 other dealerships, I was giving up hope of getting back into a vehicle. My best offer prior to Noah's help was from Honda. They had a 2004 Accord with 90,000 miles and a busted front bumper. They were asking for $3,500 down plus $380 a month for 72 months. Over $20,000. Kelly Blue Book appraises this same car in perfect condition at only $10,500. Then I went to European Auto Car. Noah Knox was assigned to assist me. He was friendly and down-to-earth, not at all condescending - even optimistic, despite my credit situation. I owe him a debt of gratitude, because he got me into a 2010 Mazda 6 (50,000 miles) in perfect condition with very little down payment, and payments of only $230 a month! Thank you, Noah - and also Mirro (the finance manager) for your financial wizardry that made the impossible possible! I can't thank you enough, and I've already told two friends about your service. I would just like to take the time to thank European Auto Expo for a wonderful job and great selection of cars they have. I had a great experience working one on one with Rich and then later down the line with Lenny. The service, kindness and hospitality was great. They didn’t force anything on me. They sat down with me and broke it down step by step so I could understand everything. Rich was an amazing salesman. He followed through with the deal that was promised and followed up to make sure I had all the proper papers so when we picked up the car it was ready to go. Rich even called after to check up on me and the car. Everyone in the store was nice to work with. When it came to financing, Lenny was a great help. He worked with me one on one to show a breakdown of what was going on. Both these gentlemen were a pleasure working with, I would highly recommend them for efficient, fast, and guaranteed work. More
