European Auto Expo had great internet pricing with even better inventory, this combination lured me in and had me drive almost 2 hours from PA to make a purchase. They had plenty of C 300s to choose from, and once I narrowed it down Sam who I had talked to over the phone earlier in the day was just as helpful in person. The purchasing experience was like nothing I've seen before, we didn't have to haggle back and forth and waste time. The price was right from the get go and Mero took care of the financing quickly and got me a great interest rate! I was unfortunately unable to drive the car off the lot that day due to Hurricane Sandy's aftermath but they made arrangements for me to come pick up the car after their hours of operation. From beginning to end Sam and the rest of the staff were friendly and gave me the attention I deserved as a customer. I highly recommend this dealership and I will definitely do business with them again! More

Please understand that I am a district customer service sales manager and can recognize good service and poor service when I encounter it. I initially came upon European auto on the internet while looking for a used BMW 5 series. I had previously purchased a 5 series CPO directly from BMW 2 years previously. I purchased it with an extended warranty and never had to bring the vehicle in once for service. It drove like a dream. So this time I decide to purchase a vehicle from a used car dealer and not from BMW directly. Fault number one. I went to the dealership and met with a salesman by the name of Lou. I had spoken to him previously over the phone. Nice guy- good manner about him. Called me daily. He worked for the sale. I found a 5 series that I liked. Signed on the line and drove off into the sunlight, Only for the transmission light to come on 5 miles down the road with reduced handling along with bucking from the tranny, I proceeded to call Lou and Lenny (the owner). They drove down the road and picked me up. Thought it might have been a freak event but it happened 3 times before we got back to the lot. Its now 11pm and raining. At this point anyone with a brain would have canceled the deal and went elsewhere. Not me. I proceed to randomly choose another 5 series. 535i sport and luxury package. Nice. started the car. It had several maintenance lights on like oil change tire pressure and inspection. No biggie. We redo the loan and again I drive off into the night. To make a long story short I bought a LEMON! and they don't care. It tooks over a month to get my registration. I drove around with expired temporary plates for weeks. I called daily and kept being told that someone would call me back. Right! The car came with no mats and no owner manual. I purchased the vehicle three months ago and have spent over 3K in repairs. I had a bent rim and a cracked rim all of which were done previously as you can see that it was previously repaired, 3 fuel injectors go, leak in rear differential, bald tires all around, engine oil cabin filter seal is cracked leaking engine oil and now just tonight I had to park it on the side of the road because the engine is overheating. Im guessing radiator or water pump. I cant wait to hear what this is going to set me back. The car drives like crap. I am so upset. Whats crazy is that Lenny assured me that all their vehicles are thoroughly checked by a BMW mechanic. That's a load of crap. They took advantage of me as a woman and I resent that, I will report to the BBB as well as look into getting an attorney, I purchased this veh with 52K miles. It drives like it has 300K miles. I am so upset. I would never recommend anyone to do business here. They love you up until you sign on the line and then after that they dont know you. i purchased this veh to the tune of 38K dollars and its been a nightmare ever since. Lenny you and Nero should be ashamed! Dont think about doing business here. There are millions of other dealers who will treat you right who sell the same car. A dealer is a dime a dozen. Its just finding a good one thats the hard part. Let me save you the heart ache by telling you to move on! Update: I have traded in the lemon car which needed at water pumo installed at a price tag of $1800. I had extreme negative equity within this car but it left me with no choice but to rolll it into a new veh.Lesson well learned here.
