The worst Dealership, in America. Do not deal with these people.. Lies after lies. Vehicle had been in a car accident, and never reported it to me. Upon taking it through inspection, noticed that the undercarriage had over spray all under it. The front and rear bumpers were painted incorrectly, The sway bars had never been attached. The 2 seats had cigarette holes in them, that they assured would be fixed. Never refunded me for the Sway bar prices, to include the Failed 435.00 for failing inspection also. This guy Lenny is literally the worst Mechanic in the History of mechanics. We found out, he is Not certified to work on vvehicles. Zach the worst Manager and Sam the worst finance guy, both are unprofessional I am definitely not letting these 2 guys get away with this. I have obtained a lawyer and Private investigator. I have also contacted the BBB, on this classless establishment. Please DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE. More

Bad service, bad experiences, they really know how to make loos your time by keeping there all day lying. And then I do like another one they ask me for all the information and down payment knowing that another client was doing the paper work for the same car. xxx after been there all day The finance manager comes and tell me stupid stories. Is I told them which car a like they were trying to gave a expensive car with a very high interest. I live the place at 6:00pm and the Ford Explorer I was interesting never come. And the Nissan I like they were giving me 100 excuses for Not to sale it to me because somebody else was getting. But they could told that and not make wait and loss my time. Plus when I ask them for my down payment back he was so mad and rude. This place is crawling and they have zero problems with lying to your face. I wouldn’t recommended. More

IF YOU ARE GOING TO ADD OVER $4000 NONE NEGOTIABLE FEES .. WHY ADVERTISE THE CAR AT THIS PRICE The people over there are really nice... This time it's too let everyone know that I am highly disap Good afternoon I find myself being so eager to give a second review to European Auto Expo. This time it's too let everyone know that I am highly disappointed with the purchase of a 2015 Honda Accord which was made one month and 9 days to be exact. Within this time frame I had to take the car to get serviced three times already. It is very frustrating to have purchased a vehicle and it's already giving problems. The first two times it was for the backup camera, now the battery dies and the car doesn't want to turn on which I found myself stranded 2 times because I was far from home and I had to call somebody to give me a jump. This is a headache! unnecessary time wasted In trying to get this car serviced when we were told everything was perfectly fine. It has happened 4 times! why do I find myself trying to fix a car that was already serviced and was in good condition according to European Auto Expo. Not to mention we have to drive 30 minutes away just to get it checked out it is ridiculous. One last thing the trunk is dented from the inside as if the car was rear-ended. I am very disappointed frustrated and annoyed with it all. So I suggest if you stop by this dealership you inspect the car fully inside and out and have someone a "mechanic" preferably check the car out. I honestly would NOT recommend anyone to this dealership! Good luck on trying to speak with the manager or the sales person in this case it was Tori after you have purchased a vehicle because when you call they're magically all busy and when you ask for a call back you get none so it's a matter of driving into the place so at least they can acknowledge you horrible service! More
