He took the time to listen to my concerns about moving to Texas and continuing my service at a Toyota dealership. I felt like I was his only customer at the moment. I felt that he genuinely cared about me, my vehicle, and my move. If I was planning to remain in Fort Wayne, I would want Sam to handle my service visits exclusively going forward. He is absolutely awesome, and the management at Evans should recognize his excellence. If other customers feel as comfortable with him as I do, he will be a key to the continued success of the Evans Toyota service department. Thank you, Sam. I'll miss Evans Toyota when I move. Understanding times are hard for everyone. Don’t be fooled by the smart path price. Evans tricks you into thinking you can get a car for MSRP. Behold the truth. For the crazy price of $3995.00. You only get a flashing center brake light. Nitrogen tire fill and a paint and upholstery protection. For $4K. I was told by a salesman. Well, we cannot advertise the dealer markup because people were not coming in. Or apparently buying from out of State. With the high price. People please stop purchasing cars from dealers like this. It only encourages them to continue these unfair practices in the future. It’s truly sad for Toyota to have dealerships that try to take advantage of people. More
