The hard part was finding a highly optioned F150 Sport/FX4 SCREW. As it turns out Evergreen had the truck. My salesman was incredible and so was the general sales manager who ended up doing the last round of negotiations. We quickly were able to come to a win-win deal. If you are tired of the typical car game do your research give Eric a call and he will get the job done. I shopped two other dealerships the NO Dicker guys in Kent that was a joke. Then I saw some great deals and took a drive only to feel like I was back in the early 70s and 80s buying a car. I was so happy they didn't have the truck I wanted even though they advertised and said it was their. In the end do a little internet browsing and call Evergreen ask for Eric. You will be very happy you did!! More

Hard to diagnose problem We've had several things fixed, by different mechanics, on our used Lincoln - that we bought from a private party. Finally, we were encouraged to tak We've had several things fixed, by different mechanics, on our used Lincoln - that we bought from a private party. Finally, we were encouraged to take it to Evergreen Ford Lincoln for a diagnosis. We had it towed there twice when it wouldn't start; but they couldn't replicate what was happening to me on a random basis. Brenda kept us in the loop & had the mechanics bend over backwards, to no avail. Finally, she called & said that they could not diagnosis the problem; it was possibly one of two expensive fixes, but no guarantees. We had been praying for a specific & accurate diagnosis. We went to pick up the car & it wouldn't start for them when they went to bring it to us!!! Yea - God answered!! A less expensive fix was indicated - which we approved. Thank you Brenda for all you did on our behalf! More

Our salesman Mark was very very pleasant to work with. No pressure ( that's different) and wanted us happy. Talked to him on the phone and it was 100% of what he told me when I met him at dealership. Don't buy a car from these guys I recently bought a CMax from Evergreen and was very disappointed in their attempts to gouge me at every step. I initially had a good experience with I recently bought a CMax from Evergreen and was very disappointed in their attempts to gouge me at every step. I initially had a good experience with Kelly Bader emailing back and forth but when I went in to buy the car the Evergreen discount still shown on the website had suddenly reduced by $990. This 'error' was blamed on 'the ladies in the back room' not keeping up with the data entry! I understand that Ford rebates come and go but Evergreen should surely honor the discount still shown on its website. The initial offer on my Focus trade-in was $247. (I subsequently sold it privately for $2000.) There very numerous attempts to bamboozle me by putting incorrect figures in front of me all in their favor and leaving me waiting while they go off to discuss how best to milk the deal, Several hours later after a lot of nonsensical 'negotiation' they agreed to reinstall the missing $990 discount and up the trade-in offer little by little to $1000. All in all a pathetic performance. I ended up not believing a word they said. I certainly wouldn't buy another car from them or recommend them to anyone. I complained to Tony Rehn who to be fair to him always quickly replied to me. But I got the distinct feeling that he was just trying to sweep the problem under the carpet by offering me $100 of detailing which I didn't want. He blamed everything on the problems of keeping up with fast changing prices which wasn't the issue at all. He brushed off the fundamental honesty issue. I love the car but there has to be a more professional and honest way to sell it. More

This place is underhanded and I got up and left because I didn't trust them. Bunch of scam artists if you ask me. I feel like they are misrepresenting Ford and especially Lincoln. Who would buy a $60k Lincoln in a disgusting place like this. I am taking my business elsewhere...but now I have to go out of my way to find a reputable dealer. Evergreen should be discredited by the Issaquah Chamber of Commerce More

When we brought this to their attention and expressed our shock and disappointment the manager wouldn't hear it... we got it repaired through another shop which cost us $11,000. The other shop told us Ford did very poor maintenance on our truck. We would never do business with Ford again. More

We test drove it and he did not try to fast talk us into buying it. We had rented one prior so we knew we liked the Ford Edge. The purchase was seamless. We did experience a couple of leaks in the TPU but they were covered under the warranty and Evergreen Ford and Enterprise Rental Car took excellent care of us. I want to mention our attentive and competent service professional, Sophia. SHE IS OUTSTANDING! I can;t say enough good about Evergreen Ford and the staff. We are very happy with our purchase and appreciate the excellent after-service that we have received! More
