Had to dr dealership. They scratched my brand new car on day of delivery when changing the license plate last week. (Sep 2023)No apology was offered. Had to drive 2 hours and waited several hours more for them to buff it out and still have visible scratches. Cant stress enough on the bad customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pleasant car-buying experience. Please note I did not want to give them 5 star review in return of 2 free oil change. This is an honest review from a real customer. Read other 1 star reviews before deciding to do business with them. Good luck! More

So then drove straight to evergreen Kia for service. (Vehicle was under warranty). The service manager asks if I have an appointment. I say no but my car has a potential major problem. He says well sorry with no appointment I can’t help you. I said so you’re turning me away with a f’d up car? He says yes. Keep in mind there was only one other car there. I said well is it safe to drive? He reply’s “I have no idea”. I said can you go ask a mechanic? He says not without an appointment. So I leave & call Orland Kia & tell them the problem. They said bring it straight here & we’ll get you in. Sadly by the time I got there the engine was knocking. Don’t EVER go to Evergreen Kia. More
I was beyond impressed with my salesman Dan Wallow, who went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and made the car-buying process seamless and stress-free. Dan was genuine, honest, went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and made the car-buying process seamless and stress-free. Dan was genuine, honest, and it was evident he takes great pride in his work. The store manager Mo was also very wonderful to work with. He made it his job to make sure I didn't leave without being 110% satisfied -- mission accomplished! I highly recommend this dealership. I'm a new Kia customer and after this experience, I'll be back. More
So Evergreen Kia just told me they won’t give me any more free oil changes or tire rotations for my Stinger because I gave them 3 bad reviews. Well, apparently, they want good reviews no matter how much they free oil changes or tire rotations for my Stinger because I gave them 3 bad reviews. Well, apparently, they want good reviews no matter how much they lie or not follow through with what they are supposed to do. The manager is not using logic. I told them to fix a small piece from my trunk panel 2 times while getting an oil change and they didn’t. One of the times, the manager told me he would order the part and call me when it comes in. I never got a call. So I gave a bad review. The very first time I gave a bad review was because upon purchase of the vehicle, the salesman told me a cheaper price. When I went to sign the paperwork the car price itself was much higher. I guess this dealership made a good choice for me because I wouldn’t want to do business with these kind of people anyway. More
I agree with reviews of Evergreen Kia being money hungry. So disappointed! Does Evergreen Kia not want repeat car buyers?! I’m trying to submit tire warranty claim as instructed by salesman Daniel. I explained I had an appointment to inspect my engine (it went out due to a manufacture defect). She told me there was a long wait, as she pointed to the stack of papers and said, "you're basically just another number". How is this quality customer service? Back track to my last service there for my "free" oil change, none of my fluids were topped. When I called the service manager to let them know what was being done, so they were aware, he proceeded to tell me it was Kia's fault for offering the free oil changes and they couldn't keep up with the demand. How is this the customer's fault? This is my second KIA purchased at this location and believe me, I will never be purchasing a vehicle here, again. The customer is not valued. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. More
I originally bought my first car here -a brand new kia soul - when I was younger. That is what convinced me to come back to this dealership. Everything has changed. Upon entering, I was planning on buying soul - when I was younger. That is what convinced me to come back to this dealership. Everything has changed. Upon entering, I was planning on buying a brand new Kia k5 for the asking price of $24,000+. I was hoping to negotiate and bring them down to $23,000. During the test drive, the dealer was explaining how he hasn't sold any cars at "sticker price" all year. Nevertheless, we could probably work something out. We we returned, he went to sum up the cost of the k5 that I was interested in - $28,900. I was flabbergasted; he said there are dealer fees and many other things that added up to that amount - most of which I had no interest in. After consideration, I was determined to buy a Sorento since it was only going to be a few grand more ( $32,000). They were extremely bothered with my change of heart, and kept ignoring my request for a quote on the Sorento until I made it clear I would not pay over $25,000 on a K5. At this point, the manager arrived. He gave me a price quote for the Sorento - $36,000. Ultimately, they were extremely rude, and pushy with their pricing. The prices you see online, you will not be seeing in person. There is no 0 dollars down, or 0 percent financing for the X amount of months. This whole place is a sham. I recommend Willow brook Kia, I went there and the salesmen were very hospitable and honest. The price online is what I was offered - $22,000 for a USED 2019 Sorento with 25,000 miles on it. They sold it as certified pre-used after negotiating with the bank and dropping my APR by roughly 2 percent less than Evergreen. I left with a new car from Willowbrook Kia, and I will never go back to Evergreen's dealership again. More
