Hands down the best customer service I've had the opportunity of being helped by most of the guys there and they're all amazing but Shawn went beyond what was expected. I came in extremely anxious and frazzled and he talked me down from the ledge. I was there for a car and he provided me with a personal therapy session. It's laughable now but it was pretty amazing and he definitely did not have to. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely say he provided me with five star service.
