Great service and knowledgeable staff. Our sales rep, Joey Romano, was especially helpful and provided us with all the details and options available on the new hybrid models we were interested in. While my Lexus was in for warranty service, he even took the time to show us your service center which we were totally impressed with how well organized and clean it was. It’s no wonder Lexus Of Wesley Chapel is rated so high. Jose was our service rep, and he too, was very knowledgeable and helpful in regard to our service repair. I only wish that Lexus would build another Dealership north of Tampa so we don’t have to drive so far for service.

Best used car buying experience ever! My salesman, Gheorghe Donici answered all my questions on the phone and described the car perfectly. He also sent me a Carfax that I requested, immediately after our phone call. When we arrived at the dealership, an hour and a quarter drive, he had the car ready to see and drive. It turned out to be as good or better than we expected. We went for a test drive (which was excellent) and made the deal to purchase the Charger. There was no back and forth with managers necessary, we just dealt directly with Gheorghe. He is knowledgeable, professional, very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend Gheorghe and Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge for your next vehicle buying experience.

Amazing service department! Between the text and my service advisor letting me know, in passing, how things were progressing. The waiting area was spectacular. They have high chairs, low chairs, television, charging ports and free soda and water. The work is top notch as well.
